Food & Beverage Manager
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as Food & Beverage Manager. This is a hands on role, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service for members and guests by overseeing all aspects of service and the service staff, while ensuring work is completed in a clean and safe environment, meeting financial goals for sales and cost control.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Experience in rostering, inventory management, cost control.
- Previous event and al la carte experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and presentation.
- Commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
- Previous management/duty management experience in the hospitality industry. Club experience is desirable but not essential.
- Wine knowledge desirable.
- Current RSA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Available to work a variety of shifts as required, including Saturdays. Closing the venue on a regular basis. This is a hands-on role requiring the successful applicant to be visible on the floor during peak times.
- Supervise and lead staff to ensure tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Control cost of bar operation by assisting management in efficient and effective procurement and labour controls.
- Recruitment and training of staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Protect the Club, members and guests by training staff in and adhering to safety and RSA regulations.
- Maintain consistency of service by preparation and planning for events and a la carte dining.
- Liaising regularly with the General Manager, Functions Manager and Executive Chef.

Sous Chef
Shepparton Golf Club is seeking a passionate and motivated Sous chef who is willing to develop, learn and help lead the kitchen team at our community orientated club.
As sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations. You are required to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring you and your team are always delivering high-quality products.
The Shepparton Golf Club prides itself on delivering an elevated food offering, specialising in Mediterranean style food, using the amazing ingredients found all around us here in the Goulburn Valley.
The position is full-time and suitable for a chef with a minimum cert 4 level qualification and 4 years of experience.

Bar & Restaurant Staff
We are always seeking additional Bar & Restaurant Staff at the Shepparton Golf Club to help with the running of our Bar & Restaurant service to members and guests of the club.
Flexible shifts and hours available throughout the week. A RSA is required for work behind the bar but we will help with obtaining this if you do not currently hold one.
